This commercial never aired. However it was a great piece designed around a donut concept that can present various stories of how Tachi Palace Casino is contributing to it’s community. The Commercial was shot on the RED in 4K and the DI was done in 2K with an uncompressed 1080P final output. Approaching the spot from the angle of the heritage of the Tachi tribe, authentic Tachi tribe dancers were filmed along with many fire elements, a few crane shots, and a blue screen element for the donut segment. After the base plate was laid out in ProRes, the tracking was done in Mocha, the blue replaced with the donut piece in After Effects, and color corrected and conformed in 2K with Apple Color. Then the various layers of fire elements, titles and particle systems were added to finalize the piece.
